Woo Hoo!!! I accomplished my goal of making it the full 10 days. Now I’m setting a new goal to make it another 10 days. This is going to be really tough since I’m really missing food. I don’t have anything to prove to anyone else, but I do have something to prove to myself and I want to do this. I lost 22.4 lbs in 10 days or 10 kilograms in 10 days.
I started off at 299.6 lbs and now I’m 277.2 lbs. After I finish the Master Cleanse, I will be exercising and eating better food, and smaller portions until I reach 170 lbs. I’ve got 107.2 lbs to lose and it’s going to be a very long road. I’m already 17.28% of the way to my goal weight from my starting weight. That’s a decent head start. When I’m done, I’ll have lost about 130 lbs. Wish me luck.
