Maple Syrup Diet Recipe

The Maple Syrup Diet recipe consists of simple ingredients you can find at your local grocery store. It is important that you use the right ingredients for your Maple Syrup Diet recipe so that you will remain energized. For those of you who are new to the Maple Syrup Diet, you might be tempted to skimp on this and use alternative ingredients. For every ingredient Stanley chose, there’s a certain nutritional or detoxifying property behind it.

Here’s the Maple Syrup Diet recipe…

For one serving:

* 2 Tablespoons lemon or lime juice (approx. ½ a lemon). Always use fresh (organic) lemons only, never canned lemon juice that contains additives and preservatives.
* 2 Tablespoons of pure Grade B maple syrup (Not imitation maple syrup or Grade A or C)
* 1/10 Teaspoon cayenne pepper (red pepper)
* 10oz of Pure filtered Water

For one day’s worth of serving:

* 12 tablespoons Organic Grade B Maple Syrup (or 2 tbsp. per glass)
* 12 tablespoons freshly squeezed organic lemon juice (or 2 tbsp. per glass)
* a little over half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper (or 1/10 tsp. per glass) or to taste
* 60 oz of pure filtered water per day (spread over 6 10 oz glasses)

Combine the juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper in a 10 ounce glass and fill with medium hot water. (Cold water may be used if preferred.) Sip until gone, repeat throughout the day.

You might wonder what the cayenne pepper is for. This herb helps open up your blood capillaries to improve blood flow. And this helps the body to expel the toxins faster as blood flow is increased.

If you’re intolerant to the “Hotness” of the cayenne pepper, I recommend that you opt for cayenne capsules instead of adding the powder into your drink. You can take a capsule with each glass of lemonade that you consume as a replacement to using cayenne powder.
