Melting away 10 pounds in 10 days sounds like something truly amazing. However, most people seem to lack the motivation they need to start a weight loss regimen.  Before beginning a new weight loss plan, you should kick it into high gear and start out with a diet consisting of only juice.

If you are employed, plan the diet on a week that is particularly less stressful.  Make sure that your week is one that is not typically busy for you. You may become stressed out from being on this weight loss plan. How successful you are is dependent upon the state that your body is in and if it is relaxed or stressed.

Mixing the Juice for the Diet

This part is very critical to your weight loss regime.   Firstly, make sure you are equipped with an excellent juicer since this would be your friend for the duration of the diet.  Prepare yourself so that you are equipped to use the juicer, each day, at least 6 times.

You can make many different types of juices. For starters, you can opt for the Lemonade Diet or the Master Cleanse, which consists of maple syrup, lemonade with a spike of cayenne pepper.  A basic 2:2:.5 ratio of the mixture should be mixed with double ounces of water is enough for one glass.  

Any time that you feel hunger pains, drink this beverage. Don’t be afraid of depriving yourself of food because the nutritional content of the juice is enough to supply you with a daily dose of vitamins and minerals.  Plus, it is actually very satisfying.  If you cheat on this weight loss plan, you will not have success.

The most important attitude you should posses during the diet is patience.  Your first week will break you down, making you want to quit. You need to remember that your body is benefiting from this and attempt to keep that positive attitude.
