Prior to starting the lemon detox diet, many medical personnel recommend that you start with the colon cleanse. This will help clear the colon of some of the toxic fecal matter making the lemon detox diet more effective.

TODAYS MORNING JUICE 4 Lemons 2 Beets 3 Small Apples 1 Bunch Collards Fresh From Garden 1 Bunch Fenugreek Fresh From Garden 1 Bunch Alfalfa 1 Bunch Dino Kale I also started adding cayenne pepper to my lemonade. The mixture I used today was one gallon jug of water, four lemons and a teaspoon and a half of cayenne pepper. Is that a lot? I don’t know but I like the taste, feeling and intention that goes into each sip! Today I’ve been contemplating dropping my evening juice and just doing the master cleanse lemonade for the remainder of the day after my morning juice. I’m not really sure about that yet I’ll see how I feel later. Also if anyone has any experience with the Master Cleanse and NOT using maple syrup, I’d like to hear.
