People suffering from candidiasis have to be watchful of their diet. For one thing, you do not want to feed the Candida. Candida Albicans which is the common cause of yeast overgrowth is actually a fungus which is like yeast. It occurs naturally in our body, most commonly in moist and warm area e.g. the mouth, throat, urinary track and genital areas.

Below is a list of food to eliminate during your Candida Diet, when you have intensive fight with the Candida in your body:

Sugar is well known to be food for yeast. All forms of sugar is to be avoided, white, brown, granulated, molasses, honey, sucrose, amasake, maple syrup, corn syrup. In short all sugar.
Fruits and fruit juice, referring typically to those which are sweet should not be taken. After reading and discussing this with others who have similar problems I have made conscious effort not to include sweet fruits in my diet. If you care to read the ingredients on bottled or packaged juices you will find a lot of sugar in them. Beware of those ingredients which end with “ose” e.g. sucrose, fructose. They are just different form of sugar.
Vinegar and products which contains vinegar like salad dressing, mayonnaise
Peanut and pistachio should not be taken as they are said to contain moldy stuff and further aggravate your situation.
Yeast and food made from yeast typically those that we bake e.g. bread, cake, pastry etc Avoid all of them, unless you know for sure that they are not made out of yeast. Depending on your locality, there are health specialty bakery which carries special ranges for yeast, wheat and gluten free diet.
Alcohol and anything containing alcohol e.g. wine, beer, other liqueurs.
Mushroom and cheese and other food item which are moldy should not be consumed
Any processed and canned food, as they contain yeast or mold stuff. You need to read labels very thoroughly. I got the shock of my life after being very particular with ingredients in can. I didn’t know that most of the canned and processed food I have in my fridge and larder contains yeast! Things like concentrated chicken stock and canned soup for example!

Food that can be eaten

Lots of vegetables, they provide much mineral and also fiber.
A little of complex carbohydrate. Some people even advocate against starchy carbohydrate as they convert into sugar. These include food like potatoes, beets and carrot. I do take them during my Candida diet, but in very small quantity.
Protein like meat, fish, and poultry can be taken.
Drink lots of water. Water is a natural cleansing agent which helps your body to wash away the toxic that the yeast creates and also the cells of the dying yeast.

The Master Cleanse Diet which was first written by late New Yorker, Stanley Burroughs back in 1946 and became popular in the 1970s for its effective weight loss and detox effects!

NOT FEELING TO GOOD BUT WANTED YOU GUYS TO SEE THE PROGRESS!
Video Rating: 5 / 5

The master cleanse or commonly referred to as the lemonade diet is a detox solution where you consume a salt water flush, lemonade with real grade B maple syrup. Each glass of lemonade contains about 200 calories. The average person of my size would want to take in about 1200 calories a day. That equals about 6 cups of lemonade on the master cleanse. Each morning it is required to take one glass full of fresh water and one teaspoon sea salt that contains no iodine, mix and drink. This causes the body to release any solid matter that has been stored in the intestinal tract and remove it through elimination. After which you then drink your first glass of lemonade for the master cleanse/lemonade diet. At night before bed, you have to drink a glass of tea that is made for a mild laxitive to help your body remove the waste. This is done in a cycle anywhere from 10 days to 40 days. Weight loss will occure. This is the by product of the cleanse. Since lemons are a natural dieretic, this will also cleanse the liver and is a great overall body cleanse and liver cleanse. Since we remove more toxins through our sweat, lungs, pores, breath I suggest cario workouts five times a week to help the body remove harmful toxins.
