Woo Hoo!!! I’ve made it an entire week without eating food. I’ve stuck to the Master Cleanse plan without cheating and it has worked wonderfully so far. After 7 days, I’m down from 299.6 to 280.6 a total of 19 lbs!!! I feel great and my wife says I look differently, or more accurately, BETTER. I’m still getting heavy cravings whenever I smell food. I’m debating on whether or not to continue the master cleanse past the 10 days. I think the cravings are a sign that I have more detoxing to do before I quit. I’d love your opinions. I still can’t believe I’ve gone a week without eating…and I’m still really fat. It’s a long road and I just have to keep walking down it. If I take a few steps backwards or fall down along the way, I just have to pick myself up, dust myself off, and get back on the road. I will lose 100 lbs so I can be a better father, a better husband, and a better me, and I’m not going to let anything stop me.
